Specifications:
Max. 1" (25 mm) solid wood banding & 3 mm PVC cap., 2-5/8" max. panel thickness, and 5-1/2" min. panel length. PLC controlled and equipped with: Pre-milling, edge strip magazine & coil feeding, granulated glue station (cartridge glue system also included), 3-roller pressure station, 0-10° "Auto Swivel" end trimming, servo controlled non tilting flush trimming, 0-45° servo controlled flush trimming, corner rounding station "prep - open station", high-freq. edge shaper w/plunge control, floating finish knife unit, buffing unit with 0-45° vertical tilt & 0-20° horizontal swivel and oscillating edge sander unit.

"1961" Pre-milling with counter rotating shaper units.
"1901" Edge feed magazine & fully automatic feeding of coil material (0.3 mm to 3 mm thickness with HD guillotine).
"1907" Granulated glue station, also included but not on the machine is "1906" Cartridge Gluing System. Min & Max automatic height control by the PLC˜˜
"1926M" Motorized Pressure Unit with (1) large dia. powered roller, plus (2) spring loaded idle pressure rollers.
˜˜"1916.1" End Trimming Unit (two 0.75 HP motors) with "Uni-Point" swivel system with quick adjustment from flush to bevel trimming without adjustments for blade changes (0 - 10°) from operator panel.
"1962MOT1" Flush & Bevel Trim Unit for coil & strip material 0.3 - 30 mm edge thickness (two 2.5 HP HF motors), Servo Controlled adjustment for lateral movement, non-tilting, Air Jets included to blow off shavings and exhaust through dust collection.
"1966MOT-5" Super Finish Unit for flush trimming up to 20 mm with straight cutter and bevel trimming 0°-45° and 3 mm radius trimming (two 1.5 HP HF motors) with fine tuning adjustments via PLC control, Air Jets included to blow off shavings and exhaust through dust collection.
˜˜Space for Model 1983 corner rounding unit, HF with Air Jet is included. Plumbing and electrical is included to allow the retrofit of the unit at a later date.
"1932MOT" 5 HP, 12,000 RPM Universal shaper with "PLUNGE" control in/out (jump) for special grooving operations. Tool spindle tiltable for vertical & horizontal work & copy bearings for precision edge tracing. Max. cutter dia. 5.3", max. cutter width 2.36", servo moves in and off the working line. ˜˜
"1964" Floating Finish Knife Unit uses flat knives to provide a final finish to edge between band and core. Ball bearings allow the knives to float measuring panel thickness variations providing a finer edge finish without changing the color of sensitive melamines or lanimates. ˜˜
"1944" Jump Buffing Unit for cleaning & polishing of panel (1,440 RPM motors), vertical tilt 0°-45°, horizontal swivel 0°-20°. Can be equipped with fine sanding wheels for finishing wood and laminate edges.
"1935MOT1" Oscillating Edge Sander, pneumatic pressure control of sanding pad, anti-dubbing device for leading and trailing edges, flat sanding only, belt size = 4.75" x 82.75"m 16 MPM max. feed speed, servo controlled to power the unit on or off the working line.
Variable feed speed 8 to 20 MPM (26 or 65 FPM). Complete with: Microprocessor for line control & glue temperature, automatic lubrication of conveyor chain, outboard panel support, and sound enclosure w/interior lights over all milling units and Central Dust Collection Manifold.
