The Pfeiffer Balzers TPH-330 turbo molecular high vacuum pumps have a pumping speed of 330 liters per second (l/s). The inlet is a LF 100 with a ISO KF-25 exhaust foreline flange. The TPH 330 turbomolecular pump can be used for all general-purpose high vacuum applications. This is an excellent rebuilt high vacuum pump and has been fully tested by Pfeiffer USA.

After we make our confirmations then we will replace the defective item with an equivalent item. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the cost of the item. We will not be responsible for resulting damage to items or components caused by either internal or external equipment or shorted connections. Any claim(s) for a defective item must be handled within eBay 30 day return policy.
