PH briquette machine
is a compact, unique, single-phase press.
The machine is versatile - it is capable of processing different wooden waste -
softwood, hardwood in the form of shavings or dust, but also mixtures with shredded straw, paper, cardboard, etc.
Density of its briquettes is comparable to much larger machines costing three times the price.
The binding process is done purely by pressure and heat. Heat releases the resin / natural binders in the material, helping the compression process which is done by press cylinder.
The PH briquette machine is able to process on average 10kg of material per hour (with the maximum of 15 kg per hour (material dependent)).
This way the machine produces 7 times more energy (thermal, in the form of briquettes) than the machine consumes in electricity, i.e.
the machine will pay for itself within one year on the thermal energy only (plus it may save more money by reducing skip hire and landfill fees, making the return of investment even faster)
