this comes from the Rolling Stone Magazines that were folded in half which explains the creases, but will be hard to find this ad without them, I believe the creases can still be smoothed out a bit more.
10" X 16" In a acid free plastic sleeve which is the largest I can find but leaves a small bit of it from being inside the sleeve but I will make sure it is well protected for shipping!,
