On Stage (Playbill type program), 04/78, Entermedia Theatre, NYC.
The musical opened Off Broadway in NYC on 04/17/78 and ran for only 64 performances.  The show then moved to Broadway where it opened on 06/19/78 and ran for 1584 performances.  The cast includes Carlin Glynn, Henderson Forsythe, Delores Hall, Clint Allmon,  J. Frank Lucas, Don Crabtree, Jay Garner, Susan Mansur, Pamela Blair, Joan Ellis, Donna King, Lisa Brown, Louise Quick, Jan Merchant, Carol Chambers, Becky Gelke, Marta Sanders, Debra Zalkind, Paul Ukena Jr, Michael Scott, Jay Bursky, Cameron Burke and James Rich.  Music and lyrics by Carol Hall and book by Larry L. King and Peter Masterson.  Directed by Peter Masterson and Tommy Tune and choreographed by Tommy Tune.
Includes newspaper review.

CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
